DAY 3’s Turkey Zucchini Burgers – these burgers are healthy and delicious and a great way to use up that end of the year zucchini. Don’t forget to add your favorite cheese!
This Week ….
DAY 5’s – Yummy Noodle Bake – We love this simple casserole and one of the nice things about it is it makes enough for two dinners! Freeze half and you will have a delicious dinner ready to go on a night you are too busy to cook.


This week’s dessert, Easy Boston Cream Cup Cakes – Double Yum. Just make sure you have the necessary ingredients on hand to make the cake batter, eggs and oil. If the chocolate gets too runny just stick in the fridge for a few minutes.
