Day 4’s Farmers Market Fettuccine was a hit this week, plus it was fun shopping at our local Farmers Market! August is a great month to get the best of the crop so don’t forget to make a trip and visit your local farmer.
Use can use the leftover corn from Day 3’s side dish to make this delicious fettuccine dish.
Don’t forget the mango salad! It’s super delicious! Sliced mango, blueberries, cucumber and feta cheese over a bed of Romaine lettuce. Sprinkle with white balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Chop the Romaine lettuce using a sharp knife and then lightly salt & pepper. Lay the fruits and cucumber on top and sprinkle with cheese.
This Week ….
Day 1’s Quick and Easy Chicken Marsala is one of our favorite dishes. A good bottle of Marsala wine should only cost around $6.00 or $7.00 and will last for years. Make the investment and your dinner will be delicious.
Easy as Pie is a great summer dessert that is easy to prepare and everyone will love.
