1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. cumin
Salt and pepper roast and place in the
crockpot. Stir all sauce ingredients together in a
medium bowl. Pour over roast and cook for 6-7 hours on low or 4-5
hours on high.
