DAY 3’s Greek Chicken Thighs with Orzo Pasta was the top pick this week. This is a great one-pan meal that is super-delicious. You just can’t beat a recipe that cooks up this easily in one pan (or skillet) like this recipe. Eat leftovers for lunch the next day.

This Week ….
DAY 1’s Pork Over Noodles was a great choice to start the week. The sweet sauce makes a tasty gravy for the noodles. An interesting and elegant way to serve pork!
You can use any type of fish for DAY 2’s Orange Roughy Parmesan. We’ve also had this with sole and flounder, and it was delicious also.
For Day 4’2 Soba Noodles and Soy Sauce – just cook Soba noodles according to package directions. Drain and drizzle with small amount of Sesame oil and soy sauce. Toss to coat and serve.
This week we have re-purposed a meal to make the week a bit easier! Use leftovers from Day 1’s Pork to make an easy and delicious salad for Day 5’s Pork and Balsamic Strawberry Salad.

This week’s dessert recipe, CHERRY CHEESECAKE DELIGHT, is our favorite summer dessert. Take this to your next picnic and watch it disappear!
