DAY 1’s Carolina-Style Pulled Pork Sandwiches got top dog this week! This recipe came to us from one of our Southern subscribers.
Some pulled pork aficionados add the cole slaw to the sandwich, while others prefer it on the side. You make up your own mind which is your favorite way to eat this! By the way, contrary to the name of the cut of pork, it is cut from the pig’s shoulder. We have another recipe for pulled pork, different from this, that we will also share with you in the future.
This Week’s Recipes –
Make a fun trip to your local farmers market to find some tasty tomatoes for DAY 5’s spaghetti. You should also be able to find an abundance of fresh basil!
Grab some fresh tomatoes for Day 3’s baked tomatoes.
This week’s dessert, Vanilla Cappuccino Pie is a simple dessert to prepare if you don’t have a lot of time.
