EASY BEEFY BAKE 


1 tube refrigerator crescent rolls
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) package sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. paprika
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Unroll crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9 baking pan until it forms a thin crust. Brown ground beef with the onions and sliced mushrooms, season with paprika, salt and pepper as it cooks. Stir in sour cream.  Spoon this mixture into the baking pan on top of the crust. Smooth out with the back of a spoon.

 Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered for about 30 minutes.
