DAY 1’s Baked Ziti with Meatballs and DAY 6’s Creamy Chicken Thigh Paprika were both this week’s favorite meals!
The “blender-sauce” is excellent with the baked ziti and this dish is actually not that difficult to prepare.
The chicken thighs cooked up perfectly with a wonderful sour cream sauce.

We are going to start having more healthy fish on our menus, and this week our favorite was Day 4’s Easy Salmon Tacos! Find your favorite brand of Cajun seasoning and make these delicious tacos often. Don’t be afraid to add extra nutritious greens to your tacos – Romaine lettuce, cucumber and avocado.
