DAY 5’s Zesty Marinated Steaks was the big winner this week. Of course, now that the warm weather is trying for a comeback in the Northeast, we are sneaking a few barbeque recipes in now and then, and everyone loves these! This is such an easy marinade, and tastes wonderful. Let us know what your family thinks of this!

This Week….

DAY 1’s Mustard Marinated Grilled Pork was another top favorite. Of course, it was also prepared on the barbeque grill! It’s a great idea to slice the tenderloin first instead of basting the entire tenderloin, because then the sides of each slice are loaded with flavor. You can use a honey mustard if you prefer, or a combination of dijon and honey. Experiment- they will all be delicious!

DAY 3’s BBQ Beef Sandwiches makes a great quick meal. Throw this in your crockpot and forget about it all day.

DAY 7’s Easy Macaroni and Cheese is a good way to sneak veggies into the kids’ diet.  No one will pass up this dinner even with the broccoli added!

The Fluffy Key Lime Cheesecake is wonderful! Key Lime juice is different from regular lime juice, and the cake will taste quite different with the Key Lime. If you aren’t able to find the Key Lime juice and use regular lime juice, however, it tastes great anyhow. Depending on where you live, this juice can either be easy or difficult to find. Also- we don’t know how or why, but every time we make this it turns out slightly different! We all hope you like this twist on an all-time favorite.
