DAY 5’s DAY 5’s Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs is our favorite pick for this week … not to mention the yummy skillet potatoes.

This Week….

DAY 3’s Easy Mexicali Stuffed Peppers was an easy meal to pull together. Many recipes for stuffed peppers have you steaming the peppers, frying the meat first, etc. These steps are all avoided; just make sure you cook the final product for the required cooking time, and you will have a tasty meal with just minutes of prep time! Bueno!

DAY 2’s  Margherita Pizza is a nice change and combined with a salad makes a wonderful meatless meal. Don’t substitute the whole tomatoes though because these really make the pizza.
