DAY 6’s Beefy Burrito Skillet – this is such an easy dish to prepare and we ate every last bite. Sometimes we add a little corn to this dish as well.

This Week ….

DAY 3’s Sausage Paella is another unusual yet delicious recipe if you are up for something a bit different. We especially like the smoked bratwurst. We like Johnsonville brand if it is available in your area.

A favorite way of eating sandwiches in the South is by adding the coleslaw to the sandwich. We hope you enjoy DAY 4’s New Orleans-Style Catfish Sandwiches with the slaw right on the top. Hope all from the rest of the country enjoy it this week as well!

 

The Kentucky Derby Pie was created in the Melrose Inn of Prospect, Kentucky to be served to guests. It is often associated with the Kentucky Derby.
