Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey ALWAYS BUY 93% LEAN
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal USE REGULAR OATMEAL
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the egg and oatmeal. Sprinkle with a little salt & pepper.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and gently mix until everything is combined.

  4. Form into 8 meatballs about the size of a golf ball and place on the cookie sheet.

  5. Bake for 22 minutes or until turkey is cooked through.
