You don't need to worry about fat nor calories when you make these lean and healthy turkey oatmeal meatballs.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, mix together the egg and oatmeal. Sprinkle with a little salt & pepper.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and gently mix until everything is combined.
Form into 8 meatballs about the size of a golf ball and place on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 22 minutes or until turkey is cooked through.
