2/3cupThousand Island Dressing

Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350°
In a medium bowl, gently mix together the beef, dried minced onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and eggs.
Divide the meat into two rectangles pressed out slightly larger than 6 of the rolls in two rows of three. (Once cooked the meat will be placed on top of the bottom buns.)
Place meat rectangle patties onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Press to make sure that the meat is even in thickness. Lightly salt & pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until meat is no longer pink on top
Remove as much of the grease as possible by damping with paper towels.
While the beef is baking, fry up the bacon and sweat the minced onion. Also spoon a couple tablespoons of dressing on the bottoms of each of the 12 buns.
Place meat patties on each of the bottoms of the 6 buns you have laid out. Do this for both sets of buns.
Spread more dressing on top of the meat rectangles. Top with the onions and cheese slices.
Return to the oven for several minutes until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven, top with pickles, bacon, and lettuce, then crown them with their tops.
Cut the burger into individual servings and enjoy!
