Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs. shrimp unpeeled and deveined
  • 1 lemon
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons of Old Bay Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Squeeze lemon over the unpeeled shrimp and then sprinkle with the Old Bay Seasoning. Let marinate for at least an hour.
  2. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Alternate shrimp with cherry tomatoes if you have them.
