Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken legs
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic salt in a small sauce pan.
  3. Bring to a light boil; reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray or line with foil.
  5. Lightly salt & pepper both sides of the chicken legs.
  6. Using a brush, baste both sides of the chicken with honey sauce.
  7. Save about 1/4 of the sauce to baste during cooking.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, removing chicken once to baste.
