Ingredients

  • 1 6 lb. bag of frozen meatballs
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 

  2. Spread meatballs out on 2 separate baking trays or cookie sheets. Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs are heated through.

  3. Using a large skillet, gently cook garlic in melted butter for about 3 minutes. 

  4. Stir in the heavy cream, nutmeg and a little salt & pepper. Let simmer on low for about 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add half of the baked meatballs to the skillet and gently stir to coat all of the meatballs with sauce.

  6. Using a slotted spoon, remove the meatballs and place into a crockpot.

  7. Add the remaining meatballs to the skillet and stir to coat with sauce. Add the coated meatballs to the crockpot. Pour any remaining sauce over meatballs and set crockpot to warm.
