Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. of shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Melt olive oil and butter in a medium skillet and saute garlic.  Add shrimp and sprinkle with taco seasoning.  Stir well to combine and saute until shrimp turns pink.  This should take about 1-2 minutes.  Do not overcook as this will toughen the shrimp.
