Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz. can of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 can chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Put everything into a medium-sized sauce pan except for the chicken broth.
  2. Over medium-high heat, slowly whisk in chicken broth.
  3. Whisk until sauce is smooth.
  4. Bring to a light boil; reduce heat to a low simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes.
