Delicious BBQ and Ranch (((BRANCH)))) Chicken

This recipe marinates in a delciuos branch sauce - combineation of Ranch and BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Branch BBQ Sauce
  • 1.3 lbs. boneless chicken breast, thin sliced
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Lightly salt and pepper both sides of chicken. Marinate chicken breasts in Branch BBQ sauce for 30 minutes. Make sure sauce is coated on both sides.

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  3. Coat the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish with oil.

  4. Pour bread crumbs into a shallow bowl. Dip each piece of chicken into the bread crumbs, coating both sides.

  5. Place breaded chicken into the oiled casserole dish.

  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken has been cooked through. *Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
