Ingredients

  • 8 oz lettuce
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 1 small onion, diced fine
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Thousand Island Dressing

Instructions

  1. Using a medium skillet, cook ground beef until it is cooked through and no pink remains. Salt and pepper beef as it cooks. Drain off any grease.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, tomatoes, and cooked ground beef.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Drizzle with thousand island dressing & enjoy.
