Ingredients

  • 6 large Eggs Use Fresh Organic Eggs if Possible
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • Salt & Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Crack 6 eggs into a medium bowl.
  2. Add the milk and lightly Salt & Pepper the eggs.

  3. Whisk eggs gently with a fork until well blended.
  4. Fold in 2 tablespoon of butter that has been cut into small pieces.

  5. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet.  

  6. Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and let cook for about 1 full minute or until the eggs start to firm up.

  7. Once the eggs start to get a little firm, use your spatula to flip over sections of the eggs.
  8. Keep flipping and cutting the eggs until the eggs are well cooked and slightly firm.
