Ingredients

  • 4-5 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into wedges.
  2. Transfer the potatoes to salted boiling water, cook for 7 minutes after boiling, then drain the water and transfer the potatoes to a bowl.
  3. Add all the spices and olive oil to the bowl.
  4. Cover the bowl with a lid and gently shake several times. This way, each piece of potato will be evenly coated with oil and spices.
  5. Transfer the potato wedges to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Bake at 360F for 15 minutes.
  6. In 15 minutes, you will get a completely cooked potato, very tender and soft inside, and crispy outside.
