DAY 3’s Healthy Cod with Tomatoes and Parmesan – This is a great recipe to use up some of that end of the year produce. If you would like the tomatoes cooked a little more, just stick under the broiler until the tops are nice and tender.
This Week ….
DAY 2’s Grilled Fiesta Chicken was such an easy meal to prepare for the end of summer. Great tastes all the way around for this meal!
Everyone loves DAY 4’s Portabello Mushroom Pasta – even the kids.

This week’s dessert, Peanut Butter Mouse Pie – was another winner! Don’t forget dessert!
