DAY 3’s Easy Southwest Chicken Bowls are easy and delicious. Save the takeout and make your own popular “bowls” with your favorite ingredients. Add some chopped lettuce and diced tomatoes to the bowl as well.
This Week ….
DAY 2’s – Easy Hamburger & Vegetable Teriyaki recipe was also a big hit. This recipe is so tasty that there won’t be any leftovers!
This week’s dessert, Turtle Cheesecake, can be made with a chocolate cookie crust, or a more traditional graham cracker crust. Be careful not to over blend the cream cheese/pudding mix, as too much blending will cause the pie to remain soft. (Okay- we did this once- but it still tasted wonderful!)
