DAY 1’s Pork Chops and Creamy Potatoes. We loved the hash brown potatoes for a change in this recipe.  Most kids love hash browns, but we don’t come across too many recipes that call for them, so this was a welcome change. The meal is tasty and easy to prepare, too. Any other recipes using hash browns out there? Send them in- we’ll be happy to try them!

This Week ….

We love coming home to a healthy and delicious meal with Day 3’s Slow Cooked Hungarian Beef Goulash.

 

We love this old fashioned chocolate sheet cake and the best part is – it’s lower in fat and calories!

Use you slow cooker! Don’t forget to make good use of your slow cooker a couple of times a week to get a healthy dinner on the table without a lot fuss.

Save money by using cheaper cuts of beef that cook up tender and delicious using a crockpot.
