Day 5’s Easy Skillet Beef Stroganoff is this week’s hit meal and for good reasons. This recipe is super-easy to prepare and perfect for a weeknight meal.

This Week ….

DAY 4’s   Spinach and Artichoke Pasta is also one of our favorites! Another great way to eat more healthy artichokes and very similar to everyone’s favorite dip.

 

 

Have the kids help unwrapping the caramels for this week’s Turtle Brownies. This is the worst part of this delicious dessert! Let them sneak one for their efforts. Top these with a dollop of whipped topping or ice cream if desired. Yum!

Add more healthy artichoke to your weekly diet –

Chop up artichoke hearts and add them to your tossed salad.
