This Week’s Recipes –
DAY 1’s Salmon and Angel Hair Pasta came in a close second. Anytime you can get your kids to eat fish, be happy, and they will actually love this easy meal. We guess it’s the pasta and cheese- but for some reason, no one ever complains about the salmon, either!
DAY 3’s Tenderloin of Pork with Mustard Sauce is elegant enough to serve guests. The mustard sauce makes the meal!
Summer is the best time for this week’s dessert, Peaches and Cream Pie. Hopefully, you will find some fresh peaches to make this easy treat. Local peaches are perfect right now in most areas!
