Day 1’s Linguine and Clam Sauce was the top pick this week, hard though that may seem to believe. The DP kids are hardly ever asked to eat clams, and we were shocked at the positive feedback we received on this entree. However, they will eat anything with pasta, and this week’s recipe is no exception!
This Week’s Recipes –
Day 4’s Easy Coconut Chicken Curry is exactly that .. easy! We all love any dinner that is easy AND healthy so make sure and give this one a try.
DAY 5’s Fast and Tasty Flounder is another favorite of ours. Getting kids to eat fish is almost always a battle, but this is one they will eat with no complaints! It’s a breeze to prepare, too!
Appetizer – This week try you hand at a vegetable appetizer! Cut your favorite vegetable into pieces or slices, add your favorite dressing for dipping, and place in the center of the dinner table to be passed around before dinner! This week try some cucumber slices – let us know how it goes.
This week’s dessert is also always a hit. Kids and adults alike love the double chocolate taste
