DAY 4’s – Noodles with Creamy Bacon & Tomato Sauce was a huge hit! Everyone loves this meal and it is super easy to prepare. Not a lot of fat but tons of flavor.
If you are making this meal, fry the bacon for DAY 5’s Simply Delicious Tossed Salad at the same time. Just wrap it in foil and leave in the fridge. Microwave for about 30 seconds before using.
You may want to make a couple extra slices of bacon for all those little fingers that can’t resist to grab a slice off the paper towels!
This Week….
DAY 1’s Easy Chili with Bow Tie Pasta makes a quick & delicious meal when you are in a rush. Keep this chili recipe on file in your “emergency” dinner recipe box.
DAY 2’s Southern Fried Chicken Thighs is such a great way to prepare chicken. Even if you don’t love buttermilk, give this recipe a try! Buttermilk makes a delicious marinade for chicken.
Day 3’s BBQ’D Baked Pork Chops uses a very popular BBQ sauce that is made often here in Pittsburgh, PA. If you prefer less of a tang, try using apple cider vinegar instead of white vinegar.
