BBQ'D BAKED PORK CHOPS


4- 6 Boneless pork chops
1/2  Tbsp. oil
2 medium onions, sliced into rings

Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
2 - 3 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp.  honey
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. white vinegar (or can use apple cider vinegar)
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp.  chili powder
1/4 cup water 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly salt & pepper both sides of pork chops. In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium heat, turning once to brown.  Place pork chops in a
13 x 9 casserole dish and top with onion slices.  In a medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and stir until well combined. Pour sauce over each pork chop.  Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes.


Suggested Side:  Rice,  French-Style Green Beans
