DAY 7’s Bbq Meatballs. These meatballs were so simple to prepare and we love the change of pace to BBQ. These little meatballs go well with summer! They are very easy to eat!
We just loved the Easy Fettuccine Noodles! With half the fat of regular fettuccine these noodles are a keeper!
This Week’s Recipes –
DAY 5’s Quick and Easy Spaghetti Marinara was a nice change of pace from jarred sauce. Fresh mushrooms and green pepper really brings out the flavor of this dish. Enjoy homemade garlic bread that is also quick and easy to prepare.
DAY 2’s Asian Chicken Sandwiches make for a tasty change of pace. They make a great luncheon sandwich, too!
If you are going to be serving this week’s Chocolate Trifle to children and are concerned about the Kahlua, here’s an easy solution. Divide the trifle in two! Make an adult version, with the Kahlua, and make the kids’ version with chocolate syrup. You just need two bowls, and a few more minutes. (They won’t care if it’s not in a trifle bowl). Just don’t skimp on the Kahlua for the adults!
