Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced fine
  • 3 cans Bush's Best Baked Beans
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Using a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion until there is no pink in the beef. Drain off any grease. Lightly salt and pepper beef as it browns.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for about 20 minutes.

  3. Serve over rice or plain, topped with shredded cheddar cheese
