  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded Fajita Chicken see link below on how to cook this delicious chicken
  • 1 cup shredded Montery Jack cheese
  • salt & pepper


  1. Heat the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds. Add lettuce on the bottom of each tortilla. Add pieces of shredded chicken, followed by some cheese.

  2. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and drizzle on the Sour Cream and Lime Sauce.

  3. Salt & pepper the lettuce and then the tomatoes.
