  • 4 cups shredded chicken
  • 3/4 cup diced celery

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Smucker's Simply Fruit, Apricot
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Place chicken and celery in a bowl and lightly salt & pepper.

  2. Mix together sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over chicken and celery. Stir gently to coat with sauce.

  3. Leave in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
