  • 1 lb. bag organic carrots
  • 1 cup water
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley


  1. Wash all of the carrots and then peel with a vegetable peeler.

  2. Depending on the size of your carrots, cut in half lengthwise and then in half again (if necessary) to make long strips.

  3. Place the Steamer Basket into the Instant Pot and then pour in 1 cup of water.

  4. Place carrots on top of the steamer rack. Lightly salt and pepper carrots.

  5. Attached and Seal the lid then turn the vent to "SEALING."

  6. Hit the "STEAM" button and set time for 3 minutes.

  7. Once the carrots have finished cooking, do a "Quick Release" and gently remove carrots to a plate.

  8. Met the butter with the dill and parsley. Drizzle over the carrots.
