  • 1 (3 lb.) Pork Loin - Boneless Top Loin Center Roast
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 or 2 Jars Snow Floss Sauerkraut


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.

  2. Lay pork roast in the dish, fat side down.  Spread a small amount of butter on the top side of the roast and then sprinkle with spices, salt and pepper.

  3. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

  4. Remove from the oven and add the sauerkraut to the dish.

  5. Cover with foil; reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for about 2-1/2 or 3 additional hours.
