  • 1 15 oz. can of salmon
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 stalk fresh celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • sprinkle of salt & pepper


  1. In a medium bowl, chop up the salmon using a fork.
  2. Add everything else to the bowl and mix through.
  3. Mix together the mayonnaise and mustard together before adding to the bowl so it's well combined.
