Make this delicious Dutch Oven Pork and Sauerkraut for an easy and healthy dinner tonight!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drizzle oil on the bottom of the Dutch Oven. Heat on medium-high heat.
Lightly salt and pepper both sides of the pork roast. When Dutch Oven is heated, brown roast on both sides for about 3-4 minutes per side.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the pork roast and lay butter pieces on top of the sugar. Put the lid on the Dutch Oven and place in the oven. Cook for 1 hour.
Carefully remove from the oven and add the sauerkraut. Reduce heat to 325 degrees; cover and cook for 2 additional hours.
