Delicious Turkey and Stuffing Meatballs

Your whole family will love these delicious turkey and stuffing meatballs because they contain two of our favorite foods! Turkey and Stuffing! These meatballs are just perfect for using up that leftover Thanksgiving stuffing.
This family recipe is easy to prepare and easy enough for anyone to cook.

These turkey and stuffing meatballs will be a hit with the entire family!
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 cups bread stuffing cubes
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 small onion
- 1 stock of celery
- 1 medium carrot
- 3-1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

Place stuffing cubes in a food processor and chop the cubes.

In a large mixing bowl, mix stuffing with the chicken stock.

Puree onion, celery, carrot, garlic and parsley in a food processor.

Mix with the stuffing and chicken stock; add in the eggs and salt & pepper.

Mix with the ground turkey and roll in balls,

Place the meatballs on the cookie sheet and drizzle with the olive oil.

Bake for 20-30 minutes.
What To Serve With These Turkey and Stuffing Meatballs –
- Serve this meatball recipe over Mashed Cauliflower or Mashed Potatoes with Gravy!
- For a vegetable I would suggest buttered French-Style Green Beans.
- Don’t forget the fresh dinner rolls.
