The beneftits for this model is it’s much cheaper if you are not sure a tracker is for you. Give this one a try!

CHARGE HR
The Fitbit Charge HR Model is very comfortable to wear and the display is bright. With just a flick of your wrist you can see your step count. The HR is another wrist gadget (it comes in various colors,) and a step up from the other Fitbits; it is an excellent tracker for people who run or work out vigorously. Other than tracking sleep, calories, steps, active minutes, stairs climbed, etc., you can check phone notifications and it has a clock. Because all of the data on your Fitbit is readily available, it creates a sense of urgency to complete the day’s goals. If your goal is to take 10,000 steps per day and at 5pm the data only shows 8,000, you’re much more likely to take a few laps around the neighborhood after dinner instead of sitting down on the couch!
Fitbit has one of the best apps from any fitness tracker and has been in the game long enough to build up a massive ecosystem. It syncs with a ton of different apps and has perhaps the very best social elements of any brand.
Recommended Activity for Adults between the ages of 18 and 65 years old:
10,000 steps per day – every day
30 minutes of physical activity 5 times per week
150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per week
