- 1 3 lb. beef chuck roast
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Package of buns or hard rolls about 10 -12

Place beef roast in the crockpot or slow cooker. Combine the rest of the ingredients (except the rolls) and pour over the beef.

Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours.

Shred beef with two forks and mix in with the sauce in the crockpot.
