Ham and potatoes make for a great meal, add in a green vegetable and a sheet pan, and you have an amazingly easy and delicious dinner!
Ingredients Needed for Sheet Pan Ham
- Baby Potatoes – we use baby white potatoes
- Green Beans – bag of fresh green beans
- Ham Steaks
- Pineapple Rings
- Honey – organic local honey is a must
- Brown Sugar
- Pineapple Juice
- Minced Garlic – jarred minced garlic works well here
- Butter – salted butter
How to Make Ham Steaks on a Sheet Pan:
- Potatoes need to cook just a little bit longer so they will go first into the oven.
Step 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Slice the potatoes into halves and place them on the sheet pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 3. Combine the melted butter and minced garlic, coat the potatoes with the garlic butter.
Step 4. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 5. While the potatoes are baking, combine the honey, brown sugar & pineapple juice.
Step 6. Remove the sheet pan from oven and place the green beans onto the sheet pan. Coat with garlic butter.
Step 7. Then place each ham steak onto the sheet pan coating each with the honey mixture and placing a pineapple on top of each.
Step 8. Place the sheet pan back into the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.

Yummy dinner of ham, poatoes and green beans cooked on a simple sheet pan
- 7 oz Baby Potatoes half bag
- 10 oz Green Beans
- 5-6 Ham Steaks
- 1 Pineapple Ring Per Ham Steak
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Pineapple Juice
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1/3 cup Melted Butter
