Should your remove the outer skin layer of the chic pea or leave it on?
Removing the thin layer or skin of the chickpea results in a slightly more smooth textured hummus. Our recommendation if you love hummus is try it both ways and see which one you prefer! If you want to remove the skins, simply rinse chic peas in cold water and let dry. Take one chick pea and rub gently until the skin pulls away for the pea.
