Ranch Potatoes

Wash potatoes before cooking, but make sure they are dried well before baking. Sprinkle baby red potatoes with Ranch seasoning after coating with a small amount of olive oil. This will help the seasonings stick to the potatoes much better.

Ranch Red Skin Potatoes Tips:

Try to cut the potatoes equal in size so they cook evenly. Check the roasted potatoes after 20 minutes of cooking.

We love using a thin layer of old-fashioned shortening to grease our cookie sheet. The potatoes slide around easily, and we swear they get a crispier crust.

If you are using larger chunks of potatoes, you may need a little bit longer cooking time. The smaller the potato pieces, the shorter the time.
