Sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1-2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Place chicken in a casserole dish or baking pan, and pour sauce over chicken.
Bake for 40 minutes, basting twice.
