CRUNCHY RANCH CHICKEN 


1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts 
3/4 c. crushed Corn Flakes
1/2 c. fresh-grated Parmesan cheese
1 envelope Ranch salad dressing mix
1/3 c. butter, melted in a bowl 


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a shallow bowl, mix together the corn flake crumbs, Parmesan, and salad dressing mix. Dip the chicken pieces in butter, and quickly press into the corn flake mixture to coat both sides.

Place on a greased cookie sheet, and bake for 45 minutes.

EASY COLESLAW

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream 
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

1 lb. bag pre-shredded coleslaw

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt in a small bowl. Place coleslaw in a large bowl, and pour dressing mix over the top. Stir well to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir again before serving..
