BROWN SUGAR PORK CHOPS
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
¼ cup water
2 tsp. corn starch
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub pork chops with oil and salt and pepper to taste. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray and place
pork chops in dish. Bake for 25 minutes.
Add the sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, cornstarch and water to a small sauce pan. Stir well and bring to a light boil. simmer until sauce thickens. Glaze chops with the mixture and place back in the oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
