How to Make these Delicious Meatballs without Breadcrumbs

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Place all ingredients, except marinara sauce, in a deep bowl. Leave some of the fresh parsley for serving.
  3. Using your hands, mix everything gently, being careful to not overmix.
  4. Cover your baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with about 1/2 tablespoon of oil.
  5. With wet hands, form meatballs about 1-1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  6. Place the tray in the oven and bake for approximately 25 -30 minutes.
  7. Pour the marinara sauce into the pan, add the meatballs to the pan, and heat everything together for about 15 minutes.
