What could be better than a delicious low carb chicken recipe? How about a tender and juicy grilled chicken dish that only contains 4 ingredients.

Yes that’s right!  Just 4 delicious ingredients to make this standout chicken recipe!

This is a simple chicken recipe with a little olive oil, a little lime, and a few shakes of chili and garlic powder.

Serve this chicken with rice for the kids and then for the low carb version, serve over a bed of lettuce or with a side of sauteed vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/4 lbs. boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
  1. squeeze lime juice over bother sides of chicken and let sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Rub olive oil on both sides of the chicken and a little more lime juice.
  3. Lightly salt & pepper both sides.
  4. Mix together the chili and garlic powders.
  5. Sprinkle over both sides of the chicken.
  6. Let chicken sit for about 5 additional minutes and then grill until chicken is cooked through.
