Low Carb Chicken Recipe

This is a simple chicken recipe with a little olive oil, a little lime, and a few shakes of chili and garlic powder.
Serve this chicken with rice for the kids and then for the low carb version, serve over a bed of lettuce or with a side of sauteed vegetables.

- 1-1/4 lbs. boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lime
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

squeeze lime juice over bother sides of chicken and let sit for about 5 minutes.

Rub olive oil on both sides of the chicken and a little more lime juice.

Lightly salt & pepper both sides.

Mix together the chili and garlic powders.
