Easy Sausage Gravy Recipe Made in Your Instant Pot
Nothing says delicious breakfast like sausage gravy served over warm buttery biscuits. Now you can make this family favorite recipe right in your Instant Pot!
We love the ease of the Instant Pot and how it’s a one pot, no fuss and no mess quick way of cooking. Use your favorite ground pork sausage to make this recipe truly amazing.
The Main Ingredients for Sausage Gray –
- Canned Biscuits
- Ground Pork Sausage
- Butter
- Flour
- Milk
- Chicken Broth

Delicious Breakfast made right in Your Instant Pot - Sausage Gravy and Bisquits
- 1 lb. ground pork sausage
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 Homemade or canned biscuits

Press sauté mode on your instant pot. Place your ground sausage and butter in the instant pot and brown using a spatula to break sausage into small pieces.

Once your ground sausage is fully cooked add in your chicken broth.

Lock the lid on your instant pot and close the ceiling valve. Set your instant pot to high pressure for six minutes.

While your instant pot is on pressure cook, in a separate bowl, whisk together your flower, milk, salt, and pepper.

Once your instant pot has finished, do a quick release, and pour in your flour mixture. Mixed together.

Set your instant pot on sauté mode and continue to whisk your gravy until it starts to boil. At that point continue to whisk on sauté mode until your desired thickness.
