Fajita Wrap Recipe – Chicken Wraps That are Easy and Tasty!
These Fajita Chicken Wraps are so easy to make for something a little different for lunch or even a light dinner. The chicken cooks up easily in your crockpot using a little lime and some fajita seasoning.
Fresh lettuce and tomato make the wraps a healthy option for lunch or a light dinner.

This Fajita Wrap Recipe is Easy to Prepare and Perfect for a Family Weeknight Meal
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 2 cups shredded Fajita Chicken see link below on how to cook this delicious chicken
- 1 cup shredded Montery Jack cheese
- salt & pepper

Heat the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds. Add lettuce on the bottom of each tortilla. Add pieces of shredded chicken, followed by some cheese.

Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and drizzle on the Sour Cream and Lime Sauce.

Salt & pepper the lettuce and then the tomatoes.
This sour cream and lime sauce is delicious when served on top of the chicken fajita wraps.
Sour Cream Lime Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix everything together and drizzle over the warm fajitas.
This Fajita Chicken is so easy to cook in your crockpot and is ready for you at the end of a long day!
You can also cook your tortillas in a heated frying pan – use an ungreased skillet over medium heat. Add one tortilla to the pan and cook for about 30-60 seconds, or until browned, then flip and cook for up to 30 more seconds. Repeat with all remaining tortillas.
